We have driven countless leads and have ranked thousands of keywords in the Google Local Maps 3-Pack and the first page of Google and Bing organic search for our clients. While the results below are all actual results from real clients, we have chosen to omit specifically identifiable information to protect our client’s privacy unless granted permission from the client.
For starters, here’s some ranking data for a psychotherapy and counseling services client in Illinois: The first table shows the number of keywords they were ranked for in their Skokie, IL office when we started, which was zero. They now have 184 keywords ranked in the top 50 search results, with almost 60 keywords ranked in the first page of search results for Google, Google Mobile, Bing, and Yahoo. In addition, there are also seven keywords ranked in the Google Maps Local 3-Pack.
This is from a personal injury law firm in North/Central Texas, about a 90-minute drive from Dallas. They were paying $750/month for SEO efforts and seeing mediocre results. Personal injury law is one of the most competitive fields in SEO, with many firms paying $2000 per month (or more) for their SEO services. However, do to the fact they are located in a small market, we felt we could achieve positive results for them with a package priced at $599/month.
Within six months, traffic to their site more than doubled. And we had them ranked in the Google Maps Local 3-Pack for five different keywords. Also, they were ranked in the one of top three organic search positions for five keywords as well. Moving forward another eight months, they had 24 keywords with a first-place ranking in the 3-Pack and an additional 16 keywords ranked in the top 10 of Google organic search.
Below, please find a report from their Google My Business listing showing a typical month. The report shows that in addition to a significant number of site visits generated, with subsequent calls and messages directly to the firm, there were 37 calls (leads) generated through the GMB listing itself.
Language schools and tutors in the Philippines is a huge industry, with over 200 in Metro Manila alone.

Eriza’s Language School is in the 3-Pack throughout most of Metro Manila (an area with a population of over 12 million people) for a number of search terms. And between Google, Google Mobile, Yahoo and Bing, Eriza’s business ranks on the first page of organic search internationally for an additional 22 search terms/keywords!
In fact, if you do a search for Filipino Language tutor or Tagalog tutor in much of Manila, you don’t even get Google Maps Local 3-Pack results. Her local SEO is so good that instead of a 3-Pack Google displays her Google My Business profile as a knowledge panel!

When we started with her in late February, she was basically invisible to search. That’s why the Rankings by Change report show 0 for Up, Down and No Change. As of the end of August, she was ranked for 93 keywords in the first 50 search between Google, Google Mobile, Google Maps, Bing and Bing Maps. All of these keyword rankings are new since we started her SEO campaign.
Of these 93 keywords, 22 keywords are ranked in the Google Maps 3-Pack. Furthermore, of the keywords ranked in the 3-Pack, with 14 keywords ranked in first place!
There are also 10 keywords ranked in Google organic search and another seven keywords ranked in Bing organic search or Bing Maps Local Search results.

And represents the ranking in the Google Maps 3-Pack for the listed search term. They are also in the 3-pack well beyond the 81 square miles shown in this report. Also, as you can guess, these results are for a very competitive keyword. And there are numerous keywords with similar ranking results:
